In 2021, my child was in crisis. And I couldn't find help.
Therapists weren't taking new clients. Waitlists were months long. Insurance was a nightmare. And when we finally found someone, the connection just wasn't there.

That breaking point became my turning point.

I'm Crystal, Co-Founder & CEO of Precise Mind Behavioral Health. I started this practice because I refuse to accept a world where families have to fight for access to mental health care. Where people in pain are put on hold. Where healing is treated like a privilege instead of a right.

Here's what I learned: The relationship between clinician and client changes everything. When you feel truly seen, heard, and safe... not judged, not rushed, not reduced to a diagnosis... real transformation happens.

What started as a small telehealth practice in Wyoming now serves clients in Texas, New Mexico, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Florida. Why? Because the need is everywhere. Because families like mine exist in every state. Because access to quality mental health care shouldn't depend on your zip code.
