We're Precise Mind Behavioral Health a warm and welcoming group private practice offering virtual individual and couples counseling therapy services for clients based in Texas. We're on the lookout for LCSWs or LPCs licensed in the state of Texas to join our growing team.

Here’s what we offer to our clinicians:

• Fully Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of scheduling sessions in the mornings, evenings, or weekends – just let us know when you're available to see clients.

• Administrative Support: We handle all the billing, copay collection, insurance claims, and bookings. Our case managers take care of customer service and the new client booking process. Transparency is key to us, so we make sure all clients receive an estimated out-of-pocket cost before diving into therapy.

• Minimal Paperwork: We believe in keeping paperwork to a minimum for our clinicians – you only write notes.

• No-Show Fees: We pay you for no-show sessions.

• 50-Minute Sessions: Get paid approximately $45-$60 per session (depending on experience)

• Consistent Referrals: We do our best to match you with clients who fit your specific areas of expertise and interest.

• Insurance Credentialing: We take care of insurance credentialing for you.

• Opportunities for Professional Growth: We provide opportunities for professional growth, including specializing in certain areas of therapy, pursuing additional certifications or training, and more.

Requirements:

​

• Active and Unrestricted License: LCSW or LPC in Texas.

• Experience: 1+ year of LCSW or LPC experience.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding and working knowledge of Google Suite tools and ability to navigate video-conferencing platforms like Google Meet.

• Professional Liability Insurance: Must have professional liability insurance.

• Independence: Ability to work independently and autonomously.

Work Setting:

Remote in your home, you don't need to live in Texas.
