What insurances do you accept?


We accept a wide variety of insurance including: BCBS, UHC, Cigna, Aetna, Meritan, Allied Health/Tufts, and First Choice dependent upon your state.  We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time.
 

How much does each session cost?


We’d be happy to discuss pricing details with you directly. Your insurance can affect the cost of your appointments. We also offer private pay for as little as $99.00 per session. 
 

What platform will I use to meet with my clinician?


You’ll be able to connect with your clinician through Google Meet or Zoom. Your clinician will schedule these sessions and provide you with a link prior to each session. We do not offer in person therapy. 
 

How soon can I see a therapist?


We’ll do our best to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Factors include: submitting forms in a timely manner, providing billing information, and both your and your therapist's availability. 
 

What is your cancellation policy?


If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs. Cancellation fees are typically incurred when you cancel too close to your appointment, we request notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of an emergency or last minute cancellation through no fault of your own, our clinicians will understand. 
 

What if I don’t like my therapist?


If you feel like your therapist isn’t a good fit, please reach out to our administrative team. We can work with you to find a different therapist who better suits your needs.
 

What types of therapy do you offer?


We offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
 

How long are the sessions?


Our sessions typically last 60 minutes.
 

Are your clinicians licensed?


Yes, all of our clinicians are either Licensed Clinical Social Workers or Licensed Professional Counselors.
 

Do you work with children and teens?


Yes, we provide therapy for children 13 and older. 
 

Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?


Some of our clinicians offer evening and weekend availability, depending on their schedules and your location. 
 

How often will I have sessions?


Your clinician will help you develop a treatment plan that outlines how often you’ll have sessions, whether that’s weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed based on your personal goals.
